This cake is made of layers of chiffons cake, black sesame cream and freshly made mochi, we make our own black sesame paste in house from scratch. This cake is inspired by traditional Asian dessert “Tang Yuan(汤圆）”, the pleasantly chewy texture of mochi and nuttiness of black sesame pair so well!
